Track Your Order

We’ve made it simple to keep tabs on your order every step of the way. Whether you’re waiting for your first Artiniq purchase or adding to your collection, you can track your package online in just a few clicks.

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Click here and enter the email address you used when placing your order.
  2. Once logged in, navigate to “My Orders” from your account dashboard. This section lists all your past and current purchases.
  3. Locate the order you wish to track and click “View Order Details.”
  4. You will see your tracking number along with the courier name. Clicking the tracking number will take you directly to the courier’s website for the latest shipping updates, including when your package is out for delivery.

For Guest Checkouts:

If you placed your order without creating an account, don’t worry — your order confirmation email contains your tracking number and a direct link to view your order status. If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

Extra Tips:

  • Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, it’s likely still in transit and will refresh once scanned at the next hub.

Return Your Order

At Artiniq, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, our return process is designed to be quick, transparent, and stress-free.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Click here to log in into your Artiniq account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” in your dashboard and find the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
  3. Click “Request a Return” and complete the short return request form.
  4. Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Policy Highlights:

  • Returns must be requested within X days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within X business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., opened hair care products) cannot be returned unless defective.

Helpful Notes:

  • We recommend keeping your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
