How to Track Your Order:
- Click here and enter the email address you used when placing your order.
- Once logged in, navigate to “My Orders” from your account dashboard. This section lists all your past and current purchases.
- Locate the order you wish to track and click “View Order Details.”
- You will see your tracking number along with the courier name. Clicking the tracking number will take you directly to the courier’s website for the latest shipping updates, including when your package is out for delivery.
For Guest Checkouts:
If you placed your order without creating an account, don’t worry — your order confirmation email contains your tracking number and a direct link to view your order status. If you can’t find the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.
Extra Tips:
- Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, it’s likely still in transit and will refresh once scanned at the next hub.
