🇦🇺 Australia (Domestic)

We ship via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

Price: $11.00 AUD (Flat Rate)
Free Shipping: On orders $50.00 AUD+
Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping

Price: $15.00 AUD (Flat Rate)
Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days (WA: up to 5 business days)

Order Processing 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 10am AEST may ship the same day. Please allow additional time during sales or holidays.

Remote Areas
Deliveries to rural or regional locations may require additional time.

We ship via Australia Post International (Standard) and Express Courier (Upgrade).

We ship via Australia Post (Standard/Express) and DHL Express (VIP).

Express Shipping

$53 USD for orders between US$160+

VIP Priority Shipping (Best Value)

$25 USD Flat Rate for orders over US$265

Rest of World (International)

For all other countries, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.

Carriers: DHL Express or Australia Post International.
Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by their local government. Artiniq collects payment for the product and shipping only; we do not collect taxes for foreign governments.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to International PO Boxes. 

Important Shipping Information

Delivery Timeframes: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and provided by the courier. While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier network issues.

Liability & Lost Parcels: Once your order leaves our facility and is scanned by the courier, Artiniq is no longer in control of the package.

Delayed/Missing: If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier first with your tracking number.
Lost in Transit: If the courier confirms the item is lost, please email us at hello@artiniq.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.
Address Errors: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. We do not pull addresses from PayPal. Inaccurate addresses that result in a "Return to Sender" will incur a re-shipping fee.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Artiniq experience. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery provided it meets the following criteria:

Item is unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
Item was purchased at full price (not a "Final Sale" item).

Non-Returnable Items
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for:
• Opened or used items
• Bundles, kits, or partial sets (unless the entire set is returned).
• Travel-size products
• Digital items (eBooks)
• Sale/discounted items
• Gift cards
• Custom or limited-edition products
• Items marked “final sale”
• Gift with purchase or perks redemptions

How to Start a Return

All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back to us.
To begin the return process, simply follow these steps

  1. Email hello@artiniq.com with your order number and the name of the product(s) you wish to return.
  2. Wait for a reply authorising your return (please allow up to 24 hours during business days). 
  3. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. 
  4. Package your return securely using the original Artiniq box or any padded envelope/box.
  5. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip so your refund can be properly processed.
  6. Drop off the return using the provided prepaid label and a trackable service.

Once your return has been received and processed, we’ll notify you via email. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.


Important To Note

Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Cost: Deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Own Shipping Method: You may use your own carrier, however, Artiniq is not liable for lost or damaged parcels in transit.. A 10% restocking fee still applies to returns.

Promotion Codes & Discounts
Orders placed using a promotional code will be refunded based on the final amount paid. The value of the discount will not be refunded or carried over to exchanges.

Effectiveness Guarantee
Our products are concentrated, potent, and designed for results but every scalp and strand is unique. Refunds will not be issued due to lack of visible results or incorrect usage.

Allergic Reactions
Please review the full ingredient list before purchase. We recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before full use. As personal sensitivities vary, we cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions unless the product is found to be defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items Received a damaged or defective item? Email hello@artiniq.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. If a return is required, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

International Returns
We currrently do not accept international returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide a refund or replacement.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major product faults or damage, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor issues, we may choose to replace the product or offer a refund at our discretion.
